Out of Touch
It was a cool drink in a spill proof cup that went all over the keys and ended my blogging for a while. Like an addict detoxing, I watched Japan and Really empathized with that tsunami. No Farmville. I could not get into anything, I could not use passwords, even though I could use the mouse. A friend sent me a keyboard after a few days- I guess I could have bought one, after all I am not house bound. Once some one says, "It is in the mail," I just feel it is a waste going out and buying something because you can get it an hour or 12 earlier. It shows how REALLY addicted you are...
Instead I analyzed the question of the spill proof cup. A friend had given it to me. The twist top and rubber gasket, with a straw in the lid made it very appealing. I filled it with ice and water, with a few tablespoons of juice for flavor. I think I just did not press down hard enough, to activate the vacuum seal. My hands do not grip very well as it is, arthritis does not help the situation, and when it slipped out of my hand, a full load of ice and water spilled over the keys. The top was NOT SEALED AT ALL! Now I realize I must work harder at the twist and turn. It still is a nice cup. Now that I have this great new keyboard, spill proof, I am happy to see the letters again. The old one had a lot of the letters worn off. I had to guess- not that I looked- I just waited until I made a mistake, and then rewrote whatever it was- which I now do not have to do as I peek before I touch the ked oops- that was a d not a y-key- so you see fat fingers make for biGGGGG mistakes. enough said- I will be back on the blog again, with a nice keyboard- thanks to Laura, and will be on FV daily farming with my friends- oh I am so addicted!

It's the chaos! You get so obsessed you focus only on one or two things and your life becomes revolved around it! ;)
